Roadwork continues on State Street from 1st to 10th Ave.

 Roadwork will continue on State Street from 1st Avenue to 10th Avenue in multiple locations. We will button up 1st Ave to 5th with concrete and continue work from 6th to 10th. 
Expect lane shifts along most of 1st through 10th Ave as we continue finishing State Street removals and reinstallation. Expect flagging operations with directions as removal and reinstallation of storm pipe and structures happen. There will be a follow up crew doing curb, gutter, & sidewalk so watch for them and concrete trucks. Expect sidewalk closures and rerouting of pedestrian access. Expect temporary road closures on side streets as well. Message boards will have more accurate information about what Avenues will be closed each day. 
Expect delays and stay alert to new traffic patterns during this work. Please follow posted detours or use alternate routes. There will be no on-street parking within the work zone. 
Please watch for traffic changes, heavy equipment, and construction workers when traveling through the work zone.
