REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: The Log Cabin Ski Society (LCSS) is seeking proposals to cater the Buckwheat Ski Classic Banquet on Saturday, March 28, 2015. Log Cabin Ski Society will provide beverages and necessary eating utensils (forks, spoons, knives, plates, napkins, cups).
Food must be professionally presented and appear plentiful.
