There were two Miss Buckwheats this year: Emily Herbig beams with her crown while Polly Brown gets her sash.

Women's 50K winner Madeleine Williams of Alberta skis away from the aid station. Skagway's Mary McCaffery hits the trail.

The lead pack of Stephen Waterreus, Graham Nishikawa, Adam Verrier, and Nathan Doering tuck and glide. Laurie Prange of Whitehorse has a laugh with the aid station bunch.

Kaitlyn Surdyk gets here second place award in the 5K. Jeff Mull toasts the race. Sunny Patch and Emma McKinnirey of Whitehorse sure had fun.

Aid station volunteers Don Corwin and Billy Strasser keep and eye on the field. Amber Jensen gets her award.

The 50Kers get ready to rumble.
