Huge school play hits stage Dec. 5-6
The Skagway School Drama Club will present “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” on Dec. 5-6 at the Elma McMillen Room at the school.
Friday night’s event will begin with a dinner at 5:30 p.m. followed by the show at 7 p.m. Saturday will feature just the show at 7 p.m.
Director Blaine Mero said the play will feature the largest cast ever assembled for a play in Skagway, 32 school kids and five adults.

Dorothy Brady art show at Haven in Dec.
Watercolors by Skagway artist Dorothy Brady will be shown at the Haven Cafe during the month of December. The paintings depict historic Skagway and Yukon scenes and area geography.
